Erin Hangero is a writer, artist, and social justice advocate. With a master’s degree in social work and a bachelor’s degree in fine art, her passions combine in kid literature with a focus on inclusivity. Erin lives with her husband and daughter in Wisconsin, and she works at a mental health nonprofit. She believes in the importance of community interaction and donates a percentage of sales to provide children access to local arts and culture.

Deborah Schlichting is a marketing professional and design enthusiast. With a bachelor’s degree in apparel design, she is deeply passionate about illustration, patterns, and color. Deb enjoys traveling and seeing as much of the world as possible and lives in Colorado with her husband. She is thrilled to be part of a project that will help highlight causes she cares about through art and design.
